Customized training
Our unique training model which combines scenario-based simulation exercises with theory, all in a spirit of openness and camaraderie, was inspired by tried and tested adult education techniques.
Our training packages are diverse and customized. They include:
- A needs analysis based on the targeted objectives
- The creation of customized activities (including instructional material) or the adaptation of an existing training
- A turnkey service, if needed, such as the organization of a stay in a country-style inn or some other site chosen by the client
