  • Essential training:  Heightening your front-line employees’ awareness of key elements for efficient customer service
  • Awareness session tailored to the results obtained from your mystery shopper program (when applicable)
  • Varied course content:  Service standards and moments of truth, expectations and customer perception, uniformity, teamwork, sales tips and tricks, and developing self-management skills
  • Awareness session lasting 30 to 90 minutes, offered directly at your establishment, according to your employees’ schedules
