Lanla and Mila join forces to improve the customer experience through deep learning
Mont-Saint-Hilaire, November 29, 2018 – A new partnership between Lanla and Mila, the Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute, will examine the science behind a deep-learning initiative aimed at enhancing the artificial intelligence (AI) that drives Wizper, a mobile app backed by Lanla’s 15 years of customer experience expertise.
Two postdoctoral students from Mila who specialize in AI work with Lanla’s team to map out the scientific foundations of the project, which will be carried out in collaboration with IVADO. They will also help Lanla weigh the potential of using its structured and unstructured databases.
