The management of St-Hubert, in collaboration with Lanla, offers you the opportunity to continue your mystery shopper evaluations. You can therefore continue to benefit from a measurement and customer experience management tool that allows you to carry out proactive follow-ups with a view to continuous improvement.

You can access, if you wish, mystery shopper evaluations for the following sectors:

  • Dining Room
  • St-Hub Resto-Bar
  • St-Hubert Express Dining Room

Please note

  • The questionnaires will be identical for all rotisseries according to the different sectors.
  • Mystery shoppers will be able to evaluate at any time between 11 am and the closing of the rotisserie, from Monday to Sunday.
  • The invoice will be issued by the head office of St-Hubert.

To take advantage of the 5% discount, only one invoice will be issued (in January) for all evaluations ordered from January to September. Please complete the order form before December 19, 2018.

For monthly or additional orders, please complete the order form by the 20th of each month.
